Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
'Genoa Bay' by Bette Nordberg
'I drove out just as Herbert Karras drove in. It was all I could do not to stick out my tongue. Sometimes, the child in me wants out.'
I really identify with that last line, but I have now found an outlet for it - playing with children on a regular basis.

Great teaser!! There have been some many times when all I could think about doing was sticking my tongue out at people. Unfortunately thats when I remember I'm an adult so I flip them off instead!! (joke)
Here's my Tuesday Teaser
Haha!! I do let the inner child out sometimes too :)

I've definitely had moments like that before. Usually I try to suppress the sentiment, but sometimes I can't resist! :-)
Here is my Teaser Tuesday.
This made me grin. I know exactly how they feel.

Oh, that's so true! Sometimes I just want to be childish too. :) Nice choice for a teaser!
